About Me
Hey, I’m Coach Chari!
Online trainer, nutrition coach, and a woman who’s walked through the fire—and came out lifting! 💪

I haven’t always had a healthy relationship with my body. Or food. Or movement. For years, I lived in extremes, chasing control through of my thoughts thru alcohol, diets, obsessing over my reflection, and using fitness as punishment instead of self-care. On the outside, I looked like I had it together. Inside? I was exhausted, disconnected, and stuck in a cycle of addictions and shame.

I know what it’s like to be in recovery. From addiction. From an eating disorder. From a lifetime of believing my worth was tied to how little I could eat or how small I could get.

My turning point wasn’t some dramatic movie moment, it was slow and messy, 11 rehabs, 3 times on my death bed, messy! But at some point, I realized I didn’t want to shrink or drink anymore. I wanted to grow and blossom. I wanted to feel strong, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually. And that’s when everything changed.

I started working out in a way that built me up, not broke me down. I learned how to nourish my body without guilt. I began trusting myself again, and let me tell you, that is the kind of strength that sticks!

Now? I help women like you find that same freedom.
